We are Adventure Sindbad
Adventure Sindbad was born out of my deep love for mountains and Himalayan exploration, the seeds of which were instilled in me as a kid way back in 1995 when I first witnessed this magnificence as part of an adventure course in Manali.
After a 2 year stint with a corporate job post graduation, I decided to call it quits and go after my original calling which still seemed to lay in the mountains. I have spent close to a decade working in the Himalayan regions of India and Nepal hiking fabulous valleys, climbing summits and running down rivers.
Adventure Sindbad is my venture to use my vast outdoor experience for crafting safe, personalized and memorable adventures for travellers like you. Our approach is totally hands-on, with our team involved in all stages of the adventure, from design to delivery. My core belief is that to build a great company, we start with creating the best value for our travellers. To offer you the best experience, we curate, recce and hand pick our trips, always keeping your safety as our first priority. We limit our group sizes to 12 which helps us tread lightly in these fragile, eco-sensitive zones.
Over time, we aspire to create a mixed bag of unique adventures spanning multiple activities and geographies. We would love to have you be a part of this journey.

| With a decade of experience in multiple disciplines in the outdoors both on the river and in the mountains, across Indian Himalayas and Nepal, the Founder of Adventure Sindbad – Vishwas, is a seasoned adventure travel professional. He has led about 60+ safe and successful trips up various high altitude routes over the course of his outdoor career. Being part of the rescue team during floods and prolonged affiliation with people in the mountains add on to his expertise, making him the go-to guy for a safe and immersive adventure trip in the Great Himalayas. He brings along with him a trusted and experienced crew who’s very homes are the mountains and adventure a way of life. Handpicked and well-groomed trip leaders ensure a safe and exceptional mountain experience. |  |

We believe, the Might of the Mountains is not something to be conquered but to be revered and respected , we at Adventure Sindbad strive to maintain the ecological balance and the sanctity of the land, by bringing back all non-biodegradable waste to dispose appropriately, use boiling as a means to make water potable , buy meat, produce and dairy products from the people of the Mountains and make sure we ‘take only memories and leave only footprints’. |
| Safety of our guests is not just an offering but a mantra we follow, to do this, we restrict our group size to 12 and less, this ensures a good proportion of guest to crew , better communication and co-ordination during the travel and accountability on the mountains. |  |

From treks up the mountains to the walks through the valleys, all trips have sufficient recon done and the path is as familiar to our trip leader as the back of his hands. Our clients can choose from a wide range of trips ,suited to an amateur adventure enthusiast as well as to the more seasoned climber. |
